世界的にアナログレコード市場の拡大が続くなか、配信全盛の時代でもレコードは所有する喜びや文化的価値、アーティストとのつながりを体現する存在として再評価されています。日本は世界有数のレコード製造技術を持つ国であり、半世紀以上にわたり高品質な製造を支えてきた東洋化成株式会社と、地域開発に知見を持つアンカレッジ株式会社とともに、私たちは「レコードファクトリーパーク構想」の実現を目指します。As the global vinyl market keeps growing, records are being revalued even in the streaming era as embodiments of ownership, cultural value, and connection to artists. Japan is among the few nations with world-class pressing technology. With Toyokasei — which has supported high-quality record manufacturing for over half a century — and Anchorage, expert in regional development, we aim to realize the Record Factory Park.

構想するのは単なる工場誘致ではありません。レコード製造工場を核に、音楽・観光・教育・商業・宿泊・地域産業を融合した新しい文化産業拠点を創出します。工場見学や製造体験、レコードミュージアム、ライブイベント、音楽教育、クリエイター交流拠点を整備し、宿泊・飲食・商店街・交通とも連携して来訪者が地域を回遊する仕組みをつくり、「モノ・マチ・ヒト」を同時に活性化します。This is not mere factory attraction. Around a pressing plant we create a new cultural-industry hub fusing music, tourism, education, retail, lodging, and local industry — factory tours and pressing experiences, a record museum, live events, music education, and creator exchange — linked with lodging, dining, shopping streets, and transport so visitors circulate through the region, activating goods, town, and people at once.
