日本各地には、伝統工芸、食文化、祭り、芸能、建築、景観、地域コミュニティなど、長い歴史の中で育まれた多様な文化資本が存在します。しかし人口減少や後継者不足、市場縮小により、文化を維持・継承すること自体が難しくなりつつあります。私たちは文化を「守るべきもの」としてだけでなく、「未来を創る経済資源」として活用する発想が必要だと考えています。Across Japan lies diverse cultural capital nurtured over centuries — crafts, food culture, festivals, performing arts, architecture, landscapes, community. Yet depopulation, successor shortages, and shrinking markets make culture ever harder to sustain. We believe culture must be treated not only as something to protect but as an economic resource that creates the future.

CULTURE VISION JAPANは、日本文化の可能性を再定義し、文化を起点とした産業創出と地域活性化を目指すプロジェクトです。伝統工芸と現代デザインの融合、歴史的建築の利活用、文化を活用した観光コンテンツ開発、アートや音楽とのコラボレーション、教育プログラムの開発など、文化を核とした多様な事業を、自治体・文化団体・大学・企業・クリエイターとの共創で進めます。Culture Vision Japan redefines the potential of Japanese culture and pursues culture-led industry and regional vitality. With municipalities, cultural bodies, universities, companies, and creators, we advance ventures such as fusing craft with contemporary design, reusing historic architecture, developing culture-based tourism, art and music collaborations, and education programs.
